And there is no better place to celebrate than Elliott Tree Farm, Toronto’s iconic Christmas Tree Farm, located just an hour north of the city and easy to get to between Winston Churchill and Trafalgar. We are open daily from 9 to 5.

If you are searching for the freshest Christmas trees near Toronto, this is the spot. We cut our trees in fresh batches all season, and a fresh batch has just arrived to our one of a kind Christmas Tree Cellar. Inside, you can choose from beautiful trees ranging from 5 to 16 feet, or you can cut your own in our sustainable tree groves.
With the snow falling across the farm, it truly feels like you have stepped into a Christmas movie. You might even recognise our farm from the Netflix holiday film A Merry Little Ex-Mas.
Your Tree Purchase Includes Holiday Magic
Every tree purchase comes with a golden ticket. This special ticket gives you access to Santa’s Cabin. On weekends, you can hop on the Zoomobile through Santa’s Enchanted Forest to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus from 11 to 3. It is a magical experience for families and one of the most loved traditions at the farm.
Explore, Eat and Enjoy the Farm
There is so much to enjoy on National Christmas Tree Day. Wander through the Heritage Gift Barn to discover unique gifts. Warm up in the Horse Barn Canteen with a hot drink or a bite to eat. Bring home a bottle of our award winning maple syrup. And do not forget to stop for photos around the farm. The rustic barns, fresh snowfall and beautiful trees make for picture perfect winter memories.
No reservation or entrance fee is required. Parking is free, and dogs are welcome on a leash. It can be chilly, so dress warm and enjoy the snow while you explore.
