Our company Christmas party option is designed to be simple and flexible. Choose one of our available Santa’s Cabin Experience dates, book tickets for your group, then customize the day with food, drinks and Christmas gifts for your employees and their families. This is a non-exclusive farm experience, meaning your group will enjoy the farm alongside other guests visiting that day. It is an easy way to create a memorable holiday celebration without having to plan or book a formal private event.

HOW IT WORKS
Your company Christmas outing can be built around three simple components:
1. BOOK YOUR SANTA’S CABIN EXPERIENCE DATES
Choose an available Santa’s Cabin Experience date and purchase tickets for the number of guests attending. Whether you are bringing employees, spouses, children or extended family members, simply book enough tickets for your group and enjoy the experience together. The Santa’s Cabin Experience includes a festive visit to Elliott Tree Farm, with seasonal activities, Christmas traditions and plenty of opportunities to make memories together.
2. DECIDE YOU FOOD AND BEVERAGE BUDGET
Want to treat your team while they are at the farm? Your company can arrange a food and beverage allowance for guests to use at the Horse Barn Canteen. Choose the amount you would like to provide per person and we can arrange a group tab so your guests can enjoy food, drinks and treats during their visit.
3. DECIDE YOUR GIFTING BUDGET
Make the experience even more special by including a Christmas gift for your employees. Companies can arrange a predetermined gift or shopping allowance for guests to use at the farm. Gift options may include Elliott Tree Farm pure maple syrup, Christmas gifts, seasonal items, handmade wreaths or even a fresh Christmas tree. We can work with you to create an option that fits your group and budget.

Instead of a traditional office party, give your employees the opportunity to enjoy Christmas at the farm with the people who matter most to them.
Employees and their families can visit Santa, enjoy food and hot drinks, explore the farm, shop for Christmas gifts, take festive photos and enjoy the atmosphere of the Christmas season together.
There is no formal itinerary, banquet room or private event space required.
